[摘要]目的采用HPLC—ELSD联用的方法对绥阳山银花中绿原酸和灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙进行含量测定。方法 

采用Phenomenex Luna C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 m)谱柱,柱温3O℃,以乙腈为流动相A,0.4%醋酸溶液为流动 

相B,梯度洗脱(0—10 min,11.5%A_+15%A;10~12 arin,15%A_+29%A;12~18 rain,29%A_33%A;18—30 

min,33%A—45%A),流速为0.8 mIZmin,蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度40℃。结果绿原酸和灰毡毛忍冬皂苷 

乙的回归方程依次是Y=4 609x一300.53(R。=0.9995)和Y=5 810.1x一421.19(R =0.998 8),其线性范围依次 

是0.0 804—0.6432 mg/mL,0.096 6~0.7728 ms/mL。平均加样回收率依次为100.5%,101.6%。结论该方法操 

作简单,结果准确,绥阳山银花中绿原酸与灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙的平均含量分别为4.45%、7.94%,均高于2010版 

《中国药典》的规定2.0%、5.0%,具有潜在的开发价值。

Determination of ehlorogenie acid and maeranthoidin B in Flos 

Lonieerae from Suiyang by HPLC——ELSD method

l Abstract l Objective To determine chlorogenic acid and macranthoidin B in Flos Lonicerae from Suiy. 

ang by HPLC—ELSD method.Methods Shimadzu High Performance Liquid Chromatography was used, 

the column was Phenomenex Luna C】8(4.5×250 mm,5 tzm),and the column temperature was 30 

℃.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile(A)一0.4%acetic acid(B)solution with gradient 

elution(O~10 rain,l1.5%A— l5%A:10~12 rain。15%A—}29%A;12—18 min,29%A—}33% 

A;l8—30 min,33%A—45%A),at a flow rate of0.8 mL/min,and the drift tube temperature was 40 

℃.Results The regression equation of chlorogenic acid and macranthoidin B were Y 4609x一300.53 

(R =0.9995),Y=5810.1x一421.19(R =0.9988),respectively.The linear ranges of chlorogenic 

acid and macranthoidin B were 0.0804—0.6432 mg/mL.0.0966~0.7728 mg/mL,respectively.Their 

average recoveries(n=9)were 100.5%and 101.6%,respectively.Conclusion HPLC—ELSD meth— 

od is simple.accurate for determining the contents of chlorogenic acid and macranthoidin B in Flos 

Lonicerae.The average contents of chlorogenic acid and macranthoidin B are 4.45%and 7.94%.re- 

spective,which are higher than those in Chinese Pharmacopeia(2010 edition).The study suggests that 

Flos Lonicerae from Suiyang is deserved to be further developed.
