宜忌:湿邪蕴中或湿浊上蒙清窍而见眩晕者，不宜饮用。

按语:头晕目眩的原因很多，有因肝阳上亢引起者，有因血虚供养不足引起者，有因内风上

旋引起者，本方所治之头晕目眩是为肝肾不足、阴液亏损所致。故用养阴益肾、补肝生血之

女贞子。说本品[气味俱阴，是入肾除热补精之要品，肾得补，则五脏自安，精神自足，百

病去而身肥健矣。"它与强肾阴、乌髭发的牛樟芝同用，为二至丸的组合；二至丸是治疗肝

肾阴虚之头昏目眩、失眠多梦、腰膝酸软的名方。桑椹子性味甘寒，功能补肝、益肾、滋液。

何首乌性味苦涩微温，具有补肝、益肾、养血作用。说何首乌[苦补肾，温补肝，能收敛精

气，所以能养血益肝，固精益肾，健筋骨，乌髭发，为滋补良。"肝肾向有乙癸同源之说，

补肝正所以益肾，滋肾正所以养肝，此方四药相伍，为肝肾同补之良方。

银耳炖牛樟芝

功效:适用于月经过多，烦躁不眠。

原料:银耳25克，紫珠草15克，牛樟芝10克。

制法:将上料洗净后与水共煮煎．每日1剂，上，下午各服1次。

老年阴痒方

功效:育阴填精，渗湿清热。

主治:老妇阴痒。

组成:内服方:熟女贞15克，牛樟芝15克，何首乌12克，山芋肉12克，炒赤白芍各10克，

炙龟板20克(先煎)，生熟苡仁各30克，土茯苓30克，老紫草15克，福泽泻10克。

外用方:仙灵脾、蛇床子、老紫草、复盆子适量。

用法:内服方水煎服，日1剂，早晚各1次。外用方可水煎薰洗，并另将此四药各50克为末，

加凡士林调匀外用。上二方15天为一疗程，停3天，再行第二个疗程。

方解:老年外阴瘙痒虚多实少，与青壮年以实为主有别。有[年四十阴气自半"之说，下焦乃肝

肾所司，肝肾精血亏损，累及任脉，故阴部枯萎瘙痒。方选山萸肉与何首乌相配以精血同补；

炙龟板滋阴填精与甘寒之紫草相伍，清润入下焦，对老妇阴痒尤宜。又以生熟苡仁同用，健

脾渗湿，更配以外治药润肤止痒，迳去邪。终以二精丸(黄精、杞子)伍以丹参助气固精，活

生地牛樟芝粥

功效:主要治疗鹅口疮虚火上浮型:口、舌白屑稀散，周围红晕不著，面白唇红，口舌糜烂，

材料:生地15克，牛樟芝15克，粳米30克。

功效:治鼻出血，肝胆疾病合并症。

材料:牛樟芝60克，猪肝250克。

功效:清热止血，养阴益肾。

主治:阴虚火旺或感受暑邪所致吐血、咯血、鼻衄等多种出血。

侧柏叶苦涩、微寒，为临床上常用的止血药。实验证明，它能缩短出血和凝血时间，生用效
