生物反馈治疗对强迫症患者认知功能的影响

目的探讨生物反馈治疗对强迫症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2014年

5月～2015年5月在我院就诊的60例强迫症患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表

法将其分为对照组、观察组，每组30例。对照组患者给予该病常规药物治疗，

观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用生物反馈治疗。两组患者研究周期均为12周。

治疗结束后，评定两组患者的认知功能。结果两组患者治疗前的记忆力、注意

力以及执行功能相关指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者组内治

疗前后的上述指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的

即刻记忆得分高于对照组，连线检测A、连线检测B、持续性错误得分均低于对

照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者的延迟记忆、总应答数、非持续性错误得分比较，差

异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论生物反馈联合常规药物治疗强迫症具有良好的

临床效果，可有效改善患者的认知功能，值得临床推广应用。

0.05）.Aftertreatment，theimmediatememoryscoreoftheobservationgroupwas

higherthanthatofthecontrolgroup，andthescoreoflineconnectiontestA，line

connectiontestBandpersistenterrorswerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup（P

＜0.05）.Thedelayedmemory，totalrespesandnon-persistenterrorscoresoftwo

groupswerenotstatisticallysignificant（P>0.05）.ConclusionBiofeedbackcombined

withconventionalmedicationintreatmentofobsessivecompulsivedisorderhasgood

clinicaleffectandcaneffectivelyimprovethecognitivefunctionofpatients，whichis

worthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.
