不同肾囊肿治疗方法比较

摘要目的：评价不同手术方法在治疗肾囊肿中的应用。方法：回顾性分析103例治疗肾囊

肿方法，观察比较经超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺术、后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术及开放性肾囊肿

切除术3种手术方法的手术时间、出血量、术后并发症、住院天数及住院费用等。结果：后腹

腔镜手术组创伤小，术中出血量少，术后恢复快，住院时间短；肾囊肿穿刺术术后复发率高。

开放性手术创伤大，术中出血量大，恢复慢，术后并发症较多。结论：腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减

压术因其创伤小、恢复快、疗效可靠，已成为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法，临床上治疗肾囊肿应根

据不同病例特点选择合适手术方式，以争取治疗肾囊肿的效果最大化。
